ECU Unlocking for BMW X5M & X6M (June 2020 Onwards)
⚠️ For BMW X5M & X6M (F-Series) models manufactured after June 2020, the ECU must be unlocked before tuning.
- Your ECU will be unlocked by Femto in Finland, the only company in the world capable of unlocking these ECUs.
- We will send your ECU to Femto via DHL Express, and the process takes 3-5 working days, including unlocking.
- Note: While we use secure DHL Express services, any lost or missing ECU parcels are at the customer’s risk. However, we will assist in advising on the next steps if any issue arises.
Once the ECU is returned unlocked, your car will be mapped in-house at Onyx Performance to optimise performance, power, and drivability.
